2025 ALL NEW MENU! Got to go to the soft opening today and wowowoow the new drinks are so good! The blizzard might have been my favorite, also don't sleep on the cinnamon soda with whiskey. Every drink is perfectly created and so much care is taken in every drink they craft. Service was great as per the norm.

I came to polite provisions, when I came to San Diego for a day trip. When I walked in, i fell in love with the interior decor of this place. It was giving off rustic and modern vibes. It was dimly lit and adorned with tasteful decor. It would be a perfect place to grab some drinks with a friend or to go with a date. I ordered the poolside gossip and the Thai me down cocktails and both were just as wonderful as I could have hoped. The Thai me down was especially delicious and I thought the glass and bendy straw it came with was very cute. The service was fast with it being pretty busy and the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to come back when I'm in the north park area again.

Is and always will be my favorite bar in san diego. Yes, it's owned by the "san diego"corporation. Yes, they got rid of the penny floor in the bathrooms. And the meatball place next door. But you will pry the memories I have of this bar from my cold, dead hands! Uh, great drinks, always amazing bartenders, and I refuse to leave. I caught my first pokemon here.

Temporarily closed due to ABC suspension, and will tentatively reopen early January 2025. There is currently construction going on. However, Polite Provisions is a staple cocktail bar. The ambiance, drinks, and staff are friendly and inviting. It can get busy, but over the years this has been one of my favorite places to meet friends and enjoy a nightcap. Street parking only, and they have offered seasonal holiday drinks and mixology classes in the past.

I absolutely love this place. It can get a bit crowded on the weekends or holidays, while still very intimate I prefer to come here on weekdays to really enjoy the ambiance and unique speak easy vibe. I absolutely love the aesthetic and detail of this place. Perfect for date nights. The drinks are always amazing and well worth the price.

Polite Provisions has always been one of our go-to's for post-work drinks in San Diego. They have such a fun menu, and drinks are always as flavorful as they are strong. Staff are always friendly and attentive. It can get busy, but we usually find a table outside or inside for our typical group of 4. The decor and details are unique, from the napkins and menu to the wall hangings. It's nice that you can order food from Fortunate Son next door. We always have fun trying new drinks every time we go to PP. Excited for our next trip!

The drinks, staff, and vibe of this place are all immaculate. They always change things up seasonally and the quality never diminishes. It can get quite noisy and busy, but it is North Park after all! Come early if you'd like something more low-key and quiet. The drinks and care to craft will definitely sweep you off your feet!

My friend suggested that we come to this spot based on reviews and we were not disappointed! We came around 11pm and were served by Adam and Kelly, AMAZING bartenders btw! They were really great The ambiance of this place is SOOO nice! Very classy, date night feels. They had a bunch of seating areas, inside and out. I used the bathroom and it was dimly lit, not good for people who can't see well in the dark and their toilets were ... interesting. You'll see what I mean. After checking out their menu, my friend got the Mance Rayder for herself, it was prettyyyyy strong, and the Tijuana Slowdance for me, perfect mix of fruity taste and tequila I'll definitely want to come back next time I'm in town!
